Today is Saturday 28th January and I am shattered. I need more sleep to get better. I want to aim to sleep when I get home from work at 4pm. It's also too cold to get out of bed.
My period stopped when I got some rest. My body was very stressed when I tried to sleep. It was hard to get my body to relax. It just shows I have a lot of stress in my body. He tries to help me relax.
